Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

November 22, 2018

We wanted to write a quick post to say thank you to our entire community. Over the last 4.5 years, we have not only built a brand focused on humanizing the experience but we've also started the much needed #healthwear industry. We would not be here without your help and support.

Your enthusiasm and passion for making a difference has helped us create antimicrobial PICC line covers and our antimicrobial chest access shirts. We've been blessed to do some amazing collaborations: the Care+Wear x Parsons Patient Gown, Care+Wear x Lucy Jones Mobility Gloves, Care+Wear x Oscar de la Renta Port Access Hoodie, and our latest collaboration, the Care+Wear x March of Dimes NICU Onesie.

4.5 years ago, we set out to help our loved ones. They were being told to wear tube socks on their arms and we wanted to change that. Little did we know that we were starting a revolution and going to be able to make such an impact.

We've been able to partner with clinicians, patients and manufacturing/design on each product to ensure that we are creating medically superior products while ensuring that people actually want to wear the products. We've incorporated the latest trends and technologies into our products and constantly are iterating to make them better.

This is just the beginning and together we are so excited to make a difference. Today (and everyday), we want to share how grateful we are for your support.

We have a long way to go and together we are changing the world.

We wish you a happy thanksgiving and happy holiday season.

Sizing & Guidelines

PICC Line Covers

  • Instructions

    1. Place the cover over medical dressing. Fit should be snug, mesh window should cover PICC site. The Care+Wear logo should be at the bottom of the cover once placed.

    2. Remove daily to inspect PICC line site.

    3. Wash regularly.

    4. Contact your doctor immediately with any swelling, redness, pain, or fever.

  • Measurements

Have a friend measure the circumference of your bicep where the PICC line will be or is already inserted.

Compare your measurement to the chart below. For best fit, use our sizing chart. When in doubt, go smaller - our covers are stretchy.
