Care+Wear is a fast-paced startup located in the heart of NYC working to ensure each person feels like themselves in and out of the hospital. Founded in 2014 with a vision to incorporate fashion and innovation into healthwear solutions, striving to improve patient comfort and satisfaction while streamlining the treatment process for clinicians. We use a comprehensive design thinking approach, working in conjunction with the end users, clinicians and designers to create products that provide the highest quality, function and experience. We partner with several foundations and leagues, and a portion of our profits are donated to our non-profit partners. We partner with brands like Oscar de la Renta and the Natori Company and schools such as Parsons School of Design. We work with many retailers, hospitals, leading medical distributors, and GPOs to distribute our products around the world.
Position Summary
The B2B Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales and the CEO. This position will lead the Company’s efforts in building awareness through the enterprise sales channel. Their work will drive the Company’s efforts to position itself as a visionary leader and help develop the Brand in creating innovative healthwear. The core responsibilities will be focused in three areas: Enterprise Marketing, Partnerships, and PR.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Marketing:

Manage and coordinate all elements of enterprise conferences, inclusive of but not limited to: registration, booth set-ups, bios, marketing materials, speaker abstracts, securing and shipping promotional items as well as developing pre and post-event nurtures in conjunction with marketing automation

Identify, produce, and leverage compelling content and programs that will increase B2B customer understanding of and demand for our product solutions

Collaborate with the larger marketing team on Care+Wear's B2B content strategy

Support the Enterprise Sales team with any / all marketing and communication needs

Own the marketing-generated lead and deal projection process with the operations team

Own marketing automation to ensure all marketing activities and campaigns are set up correctly to drive effective ROI

Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Partnerships:

Identify and secure 4-6 B2B partnerships per year to contribute to revenue growth

Be adept at and managing all parts of the marketing mix, including digital, events, content, social, and partnerships -- across paid, owned and earned channels

Work closely with the sales team to exceed revenue, margin and profitability targets via marketing campaigns and programs.

Manage all third-party vendors and act as project manager for any brand/marketing partnerships
PR:

Liaison between the Care+Wear team and external PR agency

Develop and cultivate relationships with media team

Identify and secure potential media partnerships, media vendors and own event sponsorship plans that support the marketing plan and overall business objectives

Manage internal communications of Care+Wear’s marketing strategy and ensure all employees understand the company positioning and strategic plan
Qualifications
-
3-5 years’ experience in comparable industries with a proven track record of excellence and leadership

In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles, content strategy, B2B paid media best practices, and a familiarity with buyer journey mapping.

Exposure working alongside and/or managing a marketing automation function to ensure all campaigns and projects are set up correctly

Proven track record of success in tactical marketing roles in working within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.

Experience creating impactful partnerships externally with brand marketers, agencies, and internally with the sales and product teams

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials and business proposals; ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical people

Ability to conduct research studies, analyze data, and develop compelling content

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize multiple requests

High level of accountability with a proven track record of ownership and problem solving

Exceptional follow-through

Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role to support business growth

Highly analytical: focuses on measuring ROI on every initiative

Excellent software skills including spreadsheets, database management and presentations

Be willing to be all-hands-on deck and assist team members when needed
What is our in-office policy?

Salary Expectations: Salary ranges between $50,000-$80,000 with bonus and equity as well
