Chaitenya Razdan
Co-Founder and CEO
Chat is a proud University of Virginia alum with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business who spent time as a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Nicknamed "Smiley" in middle school basketball camp, he has tried to bring a smile wherever he goes. A die-hard Baltimore fan, he continues to cheer for the Orioles and Ravens and can often be found running up the West Side Highway in the mornings. In his spare time, he helps to plan his class reunions for UVA and Booth and serves on young alumni boards for UVA.
Christina S. Bott
Director of Communications
Born and raised in New York, Christina is an active supporter of the arts and education. A Princeton Tiger, she loves traveling and all things French, Italian and Austrian. Prior to joining Care + Wear, Christina worked for a PR agency primarily covering thought leadership programs for non-profit, pharmaceutical and technology companies. Christina volunteers with the New York Junior League, is the Co-Chair of the Guild of the Princess Grace Foundation and is actively involved with the Princeton Club of New York.
Rachel Sax Ramos
Head of Product
Rachel is a proud Syracuse Orange woman and Maryland native. Prior to joining the Care+Wear team, Rachel spent 9 years working for Ralph Lauren in product development (and has a vast collection of colorful polos and preppy striped tops to prove it). Her love of finding beautiful solutions to complex design problems attracted her to Care+Wear. When she’s not pouring over spec sheets she enjoys painting, fashion illustration, and volunteering.
Meg Yahashi
Operations Associate
Meg is originally from Denver, CO and moved to New York City in pursuit of musical theatre. Shortly after graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she pivoted to a career in business and operations and hasn't looked back since (except to occasionally rock karaoke, of course.) As the firstborn of five kids, Meg is a classic perfectionist. She loves to volunteer, most recently in Poland where she coordinated English camps for a summer. She aspires to travel to all seven continents and adopt a kitten.
Susan Jones
Co-Founder
Susan is a proud Georgia Bulldog who has spent time in the fashion world at both kensie and Free People. She is always trying to pleasantly inspire those around her and relishes her role as team mom. Susan is a fitness freak and claims credit for getting Chat to start running. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around the world and drinking delicious wine with her husband. Most recently they were living in Shanghai where she studied Chinese.
T.J. Connolly
VP, Hospital Relationships
T.J. is a born and raised New Yorker and a proud Georgetown alum. Before joining the team at Care+Wear, he worked as a Relationship Manager for Hello Alfred and The Bank of New York Mellon. He brings his emotional baggage as a die-hard Mets and Jets fan with him, and hopes to someday swim with Great White Sharks. He has jumped out of a plane 6 times, prefers to tie his shoes “rabbit-ears” style and likes to test his balance on the subway. When he is not socializing he volunteers as a lacrosse coach and works with the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Alliance to mentor fellow Georgetown alum who are looking to make the leap into the start-up world.
