Return Policy

• Returns for refund are allowed within 30 days of delivery, as shown on the order's tracking information
• Exchanges for another product, size, color, or style are allowed within 30 days of delivery, as shown on the order's tracking information
• All orders shipped outside the US, as well as all Gowns, custom embroidered/printed products, and Face Masks are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange

• Please have your Order Number and Delivery Zip Code available
• The Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email as well as on the top right corner of the packing slip which came with your order.
• If you're returning a gift, you'll also need your Email Address
• Use the Start Your Return button below to begin the return/exchange request
• Returns: Please allow 3-5 business days to process refunds once your returned items arrive back to us. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment
• Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed once the Shipping Carrier scans your return package into transit. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery

Returns for orders purchased through Amazon

• Go to your Account on Amazon.com
• Click on Orders and then select the order you'd like to return
• Select the Return or Replace Items option to start the return
• For additional assistance with Amazon orders, reach out through your Amazon Order history by selecting Problem with order, choosing a topic, and selecting Contact Seller. This will ensure all the proper Amazon order information is easily accessible for the customer support team to handle your request
