We understand things don't always work out. If you need a different size or color, or just simply need to return something, click the button below to get a begin your return or exchange and get pre-paid shipping label. We will handle the rest!

Returns/Exchanges purchased on

  • Please have your Order Number and Delivery Zip Code available
  • The Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email as well as on the top right corner of the packing slip which came with your order.
  • If you're returning a gift, you'll also need your Email Address and the Full Name shown on the shipping label
  • Use the Start Your Return button above to begin the return/exchange request
  • Returns: Please allow 3-5 business days to process refunds once your returned items arrive back to us. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment
  • Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed once the Shipping Carrier scans your return package into transit. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery 

    Returns/Exchanges purchased on Amazon

    • Go to your Account on
    • Click on Orders and then select the order you'd like to return
    • Select the Return or Replace Items option to start the return
    • For additional assistance with Amazon orders, reach out through your Amazon Order history by selecting Problem with order, choosing a topic, and selecting Contact Seller. This will ensure all the proper Amazon order information is easily accessible for the customer service team to handle your request 

    Return Policy

    • Returns for refund are allowed within 30 days of customer receipt  
    • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of customer receipt 
    • All orders shipped outside the US, as well as all Gowns, custom embroidered/printed products, and Face Masks are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange
    • ConnectRN orders are not eligible for Return. For ConnectRN exchanges, please reach out to the Care Team at with any questions about the exchange process.
