Returns/Exchanges purchased on CareandWear.com
- Please have your Order Number and Delivery Zip Code available
- The Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email as well as on the top right corner of the packing slip which came with your order.
- If you're returning a gift, you'll also need your Email Address
- Use the Start Your Return button above to begin the return/exchange request

Returns: Please allow 3-5 business days to process refunds once your returned items arrive back to us. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment

Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed once the Shipping Carrier scans your return package into transit. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery

Returns/Exchanges purchased on Amazon
- Go to your Account on Amazon.com
- Click on Orders and then select the order you'd like to return
- Select the Return or Replace Items option to start the return
- For additional assistance with Amazon orders, reach out through your Amazon Order history by selecting Problem with order, choosing a topic, and selecting Contact Seller. This will ensure all the proper Amazon order information is easily accessible for the customer service team to handle your request

Returns for refund are allowed within 30 days of customer receipt
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of customer receipt
- All orders shipped outside the US, as well as all Gowns, custom embroidered/printed products, and Face Masks are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange
