Shipping and Returns

For a full refund: Return you unused, unworn merchandise in 14 days.

For an exchange: Return your unused, unworn merchandise in 30 days.

Simply mail your order or partial order to the address below with your four-digit invoice number.  Please include clear instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange:Mail what you would like to return to:

Note: All patient gowns are final sale and nonreturnable. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returns.

All orders placed Monday through Friday by 10am EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on a national holiday will ship the next business day. Please note that all shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. You can choose your shipping carrier and rate at checkout, including UPS overnight shipping.

Free Standard Shipping. No Minimum Order. This applies within the United States.

Note: We do not cover customs charges for international shipments. 

Although it's incredibly rare, if your product happens to come with a defect, send us an email at with your order number and an image if applicable and we will get it resolved ASAP!

Our warehouses are operating but FedEx and USPS are experiencing intermittent shipping delays. As a result, please allow 4-7 days for standard shipping plus 3-5 days for processing. Our number one priority is everyones safety but we are trying our best to get all of your deliveries out in a timely fashion.

Insurance Reimbursement

Our PICC line covers are reimbursable via FSA/HSA. We do not work with insurance providers directly. You can use your purchase receipt to request reimbursement.

An itemized receipt is mailed to you upon purchase. If for some reason you cannot locate it or need it later, email us at and we will send it to you.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, Discovery, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Our gift e-card is the perfect way to show a loved one you care! Simply select the dollar amount you would like to gift and the recipient can redeem it for the merchandise of their choice worth up to or equal its value. 

Note: E-gift cards are not refundable.
