Orders & Sizing

  • What if I forget my account password?

    You can reset your password at anytime by clicking the “forgot your password” link on the customer login page. Upon choosing this option, you will automatically be prompted and we will send you an email with a link to reset it. For security purposes, we cannot give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders will be shipped same day if received by 3pm. After 3pm, all orders will ship the next business day. All orders placed on non-business days will ship the following business day. We offer multiple shipping options including free USPS shipping. Please note that all USPS shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. You can choose your shipping carrier and rate at checkout, including UPS overnight shipping. For international shipping, you are responsible for all customs charges.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I return my order?

    Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be. We offer a 14-day return policy with original packaging. Please contact wecare@careandwear.com so we can get started on the return or exchange process. We’d love to hear your feedback, too!

  • How do I exchange my order?

    We are happy to exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase. Email wecare@careandwear.com for exchange information.

Payments & Gift Options

  • Do you accept insurance as payment for my PICC Line Cover?

    We don’t interact with insurance providers directly, but you can request a receipt for your use when applying for reimbursement.

  • How do I get an itemized receipt?

    We’ll email you an order confirmation, as well as include a packing list in every order with your items listed.

  • What is a Care+Wear Gift Card?

    It’s the perfect way to show a loved one that you care! It acts just like a debit card—you choose the amount you would like to give [IS THERE A MAX?] and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise of their choice worth an equal or lesser value.   • How can I redeem my Care+Wear Gift Card?

    Gift cards can be used at careandwear.com. So shop around, select the products you are interested in and use your Gift Card to pay for it! It’s incredibly easy and the Gift Card keeps track of its balance so you can come back and use any remaining balance!

  • Can I return a gift card?

    Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you want to return a purchase from a gift card, we will credit the funds back to your gift card.
