Product and Care

We want to make sure you find the perfect size. In order to help you with your choice please refer to our size guides and sizing video.

Our best sellers are hard to keep in stock!  Shoot us an email at wecare@careandwear.com to find out when the products you want will be back

- Follow specific wash instructions included with your garment
- Do not iron
- Wash before use
- Do not bleach

Note: Please contact your doctor immediately if any redness or swelling occurs.

Shipping and Returns

Please note that due to holiday observations, our warehouse and distribution centers are closed on the following dates:

- November 24, 2021, after 3 PM ET - November 25, 202

- December 23, 2021 after 3 PM ET - December 26, 2021

- December 30, 2021 after PM ET - January 2, 2022

US Delivery Cut Offs:

- Ground: December 14, 2021

- 2 Day: December 21, 2021

Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays ship the next business day. 

Purchases made after 3 pm EST will ship out the next business day. If you order after 3 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

International orders may take up to 2 days to fulfill before shipping.

Orders returned within 30 days of customer receipt will be eligible for refund. 

Orders will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

Unexpected returns/ returns sent back without prior notice will be subject to a $4.95 restocking/processing fee

Note: All orders shipped outside the US, as well as all Gowns, custom-designed products, and Face Masks are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States.

For orders less than $50, standard shipping costs $4.95.

If you’d like expedited shipping, we provide a 1-2 day option for $24.95 at checkout.

Although it's incredibly rare, if your product happens to come with a defect, send us an email at wecare@careandwear.com with your order number and an image if applicable and we will get it resolved ASAP!

Insurance Reimbursement

Our PICC line covers are reimbursable via FSA/HSA. We do not work with insurance providers directly. You can use your purchase receipt to request reimbursement.

An itemized receipt is mailed to you upon purchase. If for some reason you cannot locate it or need it later, email us at wecare@careandwear.com and we will send it to you.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, Discovery, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Our gift e-card is the perfect way to show a loved one you care! Simply select the dollar amount you would like to gift and the recipient can redeem it for the merchandise of their choice worth up to or equal its value. 

Note: E-gift cards are not refundable.

We have partnered with Klarna to offer Pay in 4* payment options. We are proud to offer the ability to Pay in 4 installments on orders over $35.

Embroidery

In accordance with our Return & Exchange policy, all customized/embroidered items are final sale, and noteligible for return or exchange. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to embroidered orders once the order is placed. Please review your embroidery selections carefully before completing your purchase. All customization/embroidery requests are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange. 

In order to optimize efficiency and cut down on fulfillment wait times, we provide a digital rendering of the embroidery at the time of purchase. Please review this digital rendering before to ensure your embroidery request is exactly as you want it to be before completing your purchase. All customization/embroidery requests are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.

We currently offer embroidery in Black, Navy, and White. If you have suggestions for others you would like to see in the future, please let us know! You can reach our Care Team at wecare@careandwear.com

Please allow an additional 10-14 days plus shipping time for all embroidery orders. Expedited shipping requests will not decrease the fulfillment time for customized/embroidered orders. 

We currently offer text-only customer embroidery on purchases made directly through our website. However, if you’re interested in purchasing in bulk, please reach out to our sales team to discuss additional options including logos! You can reach out to sales@careandwear.com to find out more about our enterprise embroidery options!

There is a limit of 28 characters per line of embroidery, including spaces.
